drive continuous improvement; proper maintenance of plant equipment; driving the key result metrics of the pillar; deliver the business in the areas of Safety, Quality, Reliability, Efficiency, Cost, Delivery, and Sustainability; ensure reliable operations and maintenance of all production equipment; ensure staffing, skills and equipment to support plant maintenance repair activities; protect product integrity and food safety; track KPIs as required to successfully manage the safety, quality, and efficiency of the maintenance operations; upgrade and maintain plant facilities and equipment; deliver business needs where employee safety receives top priority, followed closely by product quality and productivity

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
A minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience leading a team, coaching and developing leaders to deliver business needs where employee safety receives top priority, followed closely by product quality and productivity, Experience developing and maintaining a department budget, technical and mechanical ability, including problem solving and troubleshooting capabilities, Experience with maintenance work development, planning, and scheduling, Experience with a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
Nice to Have
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Process Engineering or reliability knowledge/experience, Demonstrated experience in building a high-performance work culture and systems, Food processing, pet or human food manufacturing
What You'll Do.
Perform maintenance management by leading maintenance resources
Support operating departments’ Technical Leaders
Develop technical acumen
Apply Progressive Maintenance tools
Prioritize work effectively through use of a CMMS
Lead the plant facilities team
Ensure reliable operations and maintenance of all production equipment
Lead the maintenance storeroom team
Lead and be responsible for monthly and yearly budgets
skills and equipment to support plant maintenance repair activities
Work closely with vendors to maintain budget
Schedule in-house project implementations
Ensure Maintenance activities are planned and executed
Protect product integrity and food safety
Lead the Site Progressive Maintenance (PM) Pillar
Collaborate with the corporate PM Pillar Team
Establish and track KPIs
and efficiency of maintenance operations
Lead and execute on the 5-year Capital Expenditure strategy
Upgrade and maintain plant facilities and equipment
Support HPO vision and work system

Team & Collaboration
Support the operating departments’ Technical Leaders, Maintenance Leaders, Planners and Technicians; Work closely with vendors; Lead the Site Progressive Maintenance (PM) Pillar and collaborate with the corporate PM Pillar Team; Working closely with the Plant Engineer
Process & Methodology
