This posting is intended to collect expressions of interest for potential future opportunities As a Maintenance Manager, reporting directly to the District Manager, you will utilize your 10+ years of experience managing maintenance projects to lead the successful execution of each project. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive project plans and systems, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budget while receiving strategic support from the Area Manager. What would you be doing? * Manage and coordinate the maintenance of equipment, machinery, and facilities to ensure optimal operational efficiency and minimize downtime. * Develop and enforce preventative maintenance schedules to extend the life of equipment, reduce repair costs, and prevent unexpected breakdowns. * Enforce safety standards and regulatory compliance in all maintenance activities, ensuring that all work adheres to industry and company safety guidelines. * Direct maintenance personnel, including technicians and contractors, ensuring effective team performance and resource allocation. * Control maintenance budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost-effective solutions for repairs, equipment upgrades, and operational improvements.
