Must Have
Proven experience in commercial business, Proven ability to hire, direct, train staff, Knowledge in maintenance of mechanical, electrical, exercise equipment, Knowledge and experience with tools, Knowledge and experience with janitorial cleaning products, Knowledge of OSHA standards, Current C. P. R. Certification, Current First Aid Certification, Good financial management, Ability to utilize new techniques, Ability to solve problems, Possess honesty and personal integrity, Must have sense of urgency

What You'll Do.
Supervise maintenance staff and operations
Ensure club meets cleanliness and safety standards
Apply Equinox policies and procedures
Hire maintenance staff
Train maintenance staff
Supervise maintenance staff
Coach maintenance staff
Evaluate maintenance staff
Develop employees with potential
Conduct performance evaluations
Perform new hire reviews
Require MODs to attend facility reviews
Train staff with cleaning checklists
Complete cleanliness inspections
Perform daily one-on-one meetings
Report to GMIT for open tasks
Ensure adequate inventory of supplies
Conduct frequent walk-throughs
Implement inclement weather procedures
Be aware of emergency procedures
Attend Manager meetings
Maintain high visibility during peak hours
Ensure high level of customer service
Keep current in knowledge of key competitors
Assist in budget development
Perform other projects and responsibilities
