The Maintenance Manager position focuses on planning, designing and implementing maintenance programs to optimize the availability and productivity of manufacturing facilities and equipment. In this role you will manage experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in assignments. Problems faced are difficult to moderately complex. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to influence others to accept practices and approaches, and the ability to communicate and influence executive leadership on a frequent basis. # _**Responsibilities**_ * Collaborate with corporate and plant leadership teams to ensure alignment with strategic intentions to ensure a safe work environment, environmental conformance/compliance, cost management, while providing superior quality products and services to continually improve customer satisfaction managed through a systematic approach. * Monitor and communicate results of maintenance key performance indicators to ensure plant and organizational long-term success.
