### Maintenance Manager **Location:** Dammam, Saudi Arabia **Type:** Permanent, Full-Time **Relocation:** South African candidates willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia **Salary:** Market Related and Negotiable Depending on Experience ### Overview Our client is seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Manager to relocate to Saudi Arabia and oversee the maintenance and repair of a fleet of vehicles and heavy-duty equipment. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, operational efficiency, safety compliance, and the effective management of maintenance resources and personnel. The successful candidate will have strong technical expertise, proven leadership experience, and the ability to implement maintenance strategies that maximise equipment uptime while controlling costs and maintaining the highest safety standards. ### Key Responsibilities ### Maintenance Planning & Scheduling * Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventative maintenance programmes. * Plan and schedule routine inspections, servicing, and repairs for vehicles and heavy-duty equipment. * Prioritise maintenance activities to minimise downtime and maximise operational efficiency. * Coordinate maintenance schedules with operational requirements. ### Team Leadership & Management * Lead, supervise, and support a team of maintenance technicians and support staff. * Allocate workloads and ensure maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. * Provide coaching, mentoring, and technical guidance to team members. * Conduct performance reviews and support ongoing skills development. ### Safety & Compliance * Ensure all maintenance activities comply with relevant health, safety, environmental, and operational regulations. * Implement and enforce safe working practices and procedures. * Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance requirements. * Promote a strong safety culture throughout the maintenance de
