Bachelor's degree with 8-10 years related experience, Completion of Apprenticeship program with Journeyman certificate, Knowledge of complex manufacturing processes, Knowledge of rigorous management systems, Working knowledge of manufacturing equipment, Working knowledge of building support systems, Experience in INJ/SBM/EBM/IBM/RHB/Plastics manufacturing, Comply to Safety & Quality Absolutes, Comply with ISO 9001, Comply with ASI-Food Safety, Comply with ISO 15378, Follow all regulatory laws & guidelines
