Manage maintenance operations
Develop modifications and improvements
Recommend specifications for new projects
Schedule daily repairs
Maintain preventive maintenance program
Supervise repair and maintenance work
Inspect repair and maintenance work
Review maintenance work orders
Analyze maintenance work orders
Maintain work order system
Meet with vendors and suppliers
Maintain physical plant
Coordinate with outside repair vendors
Ensure employee adherence to safety guidelines
Ensure quality of products
Work with Corporate Engineering group
Monitor daily scrap and regrind totals
Maintain Food Safety Program
Ensure employees are working safely
Provide safety instruction
