Must Have
6 years minimum practical application, Functional knowledge of mechanical repair/maintenance on molding machines and auxiliary equipment, Capable of assigning, scheduling, and supervising the maintenance and repair of molding machines, auxiliary equipment and building, Capable of motivating and training others, Possess person computer skills, including JDE, Knowledge of tools, procedures, technical skills and safely rules used in the maintenance and repair of equipment and building, Capable of maintaining an attendance record within the Company's guidelines, Working required extended hours, Capable of working extended workdays and weekends as required, Response to after-hour emergency conditions, Establishes and maintains effective working relationships
