What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial, or related discipline), 7–10+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, reliability, or engineering roles, Demonstrated leadership experience managing maintenance teams or supervisors, background in industrial equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and control systems, Experience implementing and sustaining CMMS-based maintenance and reliability programs, Engineering-based problem-solving and analytical skills, understanding of reliability engineering principles and asset lifecycle management, Proven ability to lead teams in uptime-driven, safety-critical environments, Effective communicator with the ability to interface across functions and leadership levels, Financial and cost-awareness related to maintenance spend, spares, and contractors

Leading or sponsoring root cause failure investigations (RCFA/RCA)
Serving as the primary maintenance interface to MRO/Procurement
Defining spare parts strategies for critical assets
Ensuring proper part standardization
and inventory accuracy
Evaluating vendor and contractor performance
and developing Maintenance Supervisors and maintenance trades
and workforce capability
Fostering a culture of safety
and continuous improvement
Ensuring all maintenance activities comply with safety policies
