Must Have
433A Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Certificate of Qualification, Skilled Trades Ontario Red Seal Certification of Qualification, Interprovincial Red Seal Endorsement Certificate, 3 to 5 years of experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting and equipment repairs, Pneumatics and hydraulics knowledge, Ability to work in a highly automated environment, Ability to read and understand Blueprints and manuals, Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, Dependable with a good attendance and safety record, Ability to support all shifts (days and afternoons), incl. weekends and overtime, and/or being on call
Nice to Have
Welding experience, 1 year of experience related to food industry, preferably dairy, or high-speed process equipment or packaging experience, TIG and Arc welding experience with a fabricating ability

Ready to bring your best? **_Overview of the role:_** _Saputo Dairy Products Canada G.P. is seeking a Maintenance, Licensed Millwright (433A), for an existing opportunity within our organization_. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance, Licensed Millwright is responsible for completing repairs, routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting of filling machines, pasteurizing process systems, packaging systems, and conveyors common to a dairy operation. This role requires hands-on execution which blends working on the floor directly with equipment and operators, as well as tactful time in the shop rebuilding and repairing. **Schedule:** **Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday -7am to 3:30pm, off Sunday and Monday.** **Salary: Licensed: Probationary Rate (90 working days) – $44.02;** **Licensed Top Rate – $46.34*** _*A seventy-five cents ($0.75) per hour premium for all hours worked to all Employees classified as maintenance is applied in addition to the base hourly rate_ _**Additional shift premiums apply for all hours worked during premium shift times_ _*** Tool Allowance shall be paid to the Maintenance employees at the rate of eight hundred and thirty ($830) dollars_ ** _We support and take care of our employees and their families by offering :_** * Generous and complete benefit coverage with group insurance * Group retirement pension plan with employer contribution * Telemedicine and assistance program for employees and their families * Employee Share Ownership Plan with an employer match * Paid time off: Sick days, floater day and volunteer day off * Opportunity to contribute to a collective RRSP & TFSA * Organized activities for employees and their families
