High school diploma/GED, trade school diploma, or military training, 5 years relevant experience managing building systems, 2 years supervisory experience, EPA 608 Universal certification, Valid driver's license, Ability to stand 8 hours or longer, Ability to lift up to 100 lbs

Certified Pool Operator (CPO), or intention to obtain within six months
What You'll Do.
Supervise building services and preventative maintenance
Supervise day-to-day operations
Monitor systems and provide diagnostics
Operate and manage life safety systems
Prioritize and schedule maintenance work
Supervise Facilities Technicians
Review completed work for standards conformance
Ensure emergency repairs are timely
Ensure routine repairs are timely

This position ensures safety and functionality of the property’s buildings and equipment and ensures optimal service is conducted by the onsite Facilities team and any third-party vendors. The Facilities Lead is a subject matter expert and experienced leader who excels in a fast-paced, agile, collegiate environment. This role demands superior problem solving, leadership and unwavering follow through. Those in the Facilities Lead position may also be asked to assist other properties. Supervise the day-to-day operations including but not limited to heating, ventilating, air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing and piping, fire protection, and general building maintenance. Monitor systems and provides diagnostics, preventative maintenance, annual testing, permitting, certification for all major building systems. Operate and manage all life safety systems including fire pumps, fire alarm monitoring panels, dry/wet sprinkler systems, visual and audible alarms, back flow preventers, smoke detectors, CO2 sensors/alarms, fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, means of egress, fire Prioritize and schedule maintenance work, assuring quality of work consistent with Scion’s
