Your attention to detail and ability to determine preventive maintenance needs will play a vital role in the functioning of our machinery and success of our operations. **This role will consist of three - 12-hour shifts, 6 AM - 6:30 PM. (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)** ## **Responsibilities:** * Manage and perform preventive maintenance on all production equipment, strictly adhering to defined schedules, to ensure optimal performance. * Perform repairs and upkeep on production equipment as necessary, minimizing interruptions and enhancing productivity. * Document and maintain equipment files and documents, creating a comprehensive record for future reference and facilitating efficient maintenance processes. * Optimize spare parts inventory to minimize disruption to production and ensure quick resolution of equipment issues. * Collaborate with the maintenance team to create and implement daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for planned work, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely completion of tasks. ## **Requirements:** * Over 5 years of mechanical, electrical, and/or HVAC maintenance experience and knowledge, demonstrating your proven expertise in maintaining a wide range of equipment. * Experience in leading maintenance crews is preferred, showcasing your ability to effectively lead a team. * Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. **WE HAVE:** * A dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact ever
