As the sole operator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for client interactions while actively maintaining building systems and managing vendor relationships. This position requires technical trade skills, strong vendor management capabilities, and client relationship competencies, with a commitment to maintaining the highest level of professionalism, and meeting client needs. **What your day-to-day will look like:** * Perform routine and complex maintenance tasks on all building systems including HVAC, refrigeration, boilers, pumps, valves, piping, and electrical equipment * Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on building infrastructure * Monitor equipment operation, review logs, and diagnose/repair problems and malfunctions as they occur * Work with tools daily to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot building systems * Serve as primary liaison between JLL and client for all facility operations matters * Proactively identify opportunities to enhance building performance and client satisfaction * Manage relationships with external contractors and service providers to ensure quality and cost effectiveness * Develop and maintain qualif
