What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3 to 5 years of experience in general maintenance tasks., Competence with hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment., Physical aptitude to perform manual labor and work in diverse environmental conditions., Ability to document work orders on a computer., Potential to work extended hours as needed., Dexterity to work at height ("aerial lift"), access roofs using fixed ladders, work in areas of potential noise and temperature changes., Good communication, attention to detail, adaptable to changes., Physical ability to perform manual labor and work in diverse environmental conditions., Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently., High school diploma or equivalent with technical/vocational training preferred., Valid driver's license.
