What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Job related experience for 5 years minimum, Must be able to effectively train personnel, Must be able to use basic hand and power tools, Must be able to use electronic test equipment, Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, Ability to operate and functionally use a computer, Must be able to work at heights, Supplies own tools sufficient to perform maintenance tasks

Nice to Have

High school diploma or equivalent preferred, Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred, Electro mechanic or mechanical certification preferred, Industrial Certificate preferred

Support Maintenance employees

Communicate safety bulletins

Inform supervisor of employee accomplishments

Inform supervisor of developmental needs

Provide on-the-job training

Train other Amcor employees

Maintain required documentation

Inform leadership of downtime

Respond to after hour calls

Address emergency situations

Provide technical input

Provide options on improving productivity

Provide options on improving efficiencies

Provide options on improving product quality

Establish priorities for maintenance function

Ensure effective utilization of resources

Ensure scheduled maintenance tasks are complete

Develop preventative maintenance programs

Implement preventative maintenance programs

Improve preventative maintenance programs

Ensure repair work is documented

Ensure requisitions for spare parts are in system

Push requisitions for approval

Assist production as needed

Ensure machine efficiencies

Train Maintenance Technicians

Report deficiencies of Preventive Maintenance Program
