The Stock Clerk supports production by accurately managing inventory, moving materials throughout the plant, and ensuring efficient flow of goods. The role requires strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast paced industrial environment. What you get to do in Maintenance: Inventory Control: Maintain accurate counts of materials and finished goods; perform cycle counts; support physical inventories; update ERP/warehouse systems; monitor and report low stock. Material Handling: Stage materials for production; receive and inspect shipments; operate forklifts/pallet jacks; ensure proper labeling, storage, and FIFO rotation. Documentation maintain logs and inventory records; prepare labels, pick lists, and shipping documents. Production Support: Deliver materials promptly to designated lines. Be available to work 12 hour shifts. What we're looking for: High school diploma or GED. 1+ year experience in warehousing, inventory, or material handling (manufacturing preferred). Basic computer skills; ERP experience a plus. Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods. Forklift certified or able to obtain certification. Strong organization and multitasking abilities. Preferred Qualification: Experience with Emaint. Industrial or high volume manufacturing experience. Knowledge of Kanban, lean, or pull systems.
