Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent, Physical ability to move up to 49 lbs, Stand and walk during shifts up to 12 hours, Repetitive bending, crouching, kneeling, reaching, twisting, Eye/hand coordination, Manual tasks dexterity, Wrist motion dexterity
Nice to Have
4+ years apprenticeship or equivalent experience, Associates or higher degree from vocational school or college, Experience conducting preventative maintenance, Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics, Experience with Material Handling Equipment safety standards, Experience with CMMS

Facilities Maintenance Technician – JLL What this job involves: As a Facilities Maintenance Technician at JLL, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of building systems and equipment for our valued client. You will lead preventative maintenance initiatives, troubleshoot complex utility systems, and respond to critical repair needs. What your day-to-day will look like: * Promote and maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all safety procedures and protocols * Maintain and troubleshoot all utility systems throughout the building to ensure optimal performance * Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures to minimize equipment downtime * Install, maintain, and troubleshoot various HVAC equipment and systems * Create and close out work orders with comprehensive data including labor hours, equipment maintenance records, and parts used * Maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with personnel * Develop and execute work plans for emergency repair of critical assets **Required Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent * Physica
