The ability to use hand tools and tools of the trade, physical ability to lift at least 40-50 lbs, stand throughout most of the shift, Candidate must be able to communicate effectively, good written and verbal skills, 6 Month work history or participant of any industrial maintenance education program, willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
Nice to Have
Welding experience, associate's degree or equivalent in a formal mechanic training program, Attention to detail work, ability to work as a team member, maintenance experience
What You'll Do.
Analyze mechanical & operational problems on assigned equipment
Make necessary corrections and adjustments to maintain maximum production and quality
Performs preventative maintenance
Assists in equipment installation when required
Other duties within the Maintenance Department as assigned
