We enable new opportunities for our customers through digitalisation. **Maintenance Fitter** **Static Plant | Quarry & Aggregates Environment** **The Role** We are looking for a skilled and safety‑focused **Maintenance Fitter** to join our operations team. This is a hands‑on role responsible for maintaining, inspecting, and repairing static plant equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation. You will play a key role in delivering planned maintenance, fault finding, and inspections while keeping accurate records in line with site and management requirements. The role involves working on crushing and screening plants, ensuring equipment operates within capacity to meet productivity targets, and maintaining high standards of plant cleanliness and safety at all times. Flexibility is essential, as you may be required to support other Heidelberg Materials sites within the local area. Travel or transport allowances may apply for journeys beyond your normal commute. **Key Responsibilities** * Maintain and repair static plant equipment in a safe, efficient, and compliant manner * Carry out planned maintenance, inspections, and servicing in line with manufacturer and Heidelberg Materials standards * Ensure plant is kept in good physical order, including greasing, cleaning, and general upkeep * Co
