What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5 to 10 years technical experience in Mining Maintenance Sector, 2 years experience as a supervisor, Direct practical experience working with mining equipment
Nice to Have
Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technician degree, Pronto software experience, Komatsu PC 3000 & 4000, CAT 6020 excavators, CAT 992K, 993K, 988H front end loaders, electric drive haul trucks, various CAT ancillary equipment, Minestar

Ensure maintenance activities executed safely

Coordinate with operations supervisors
Coordinate with dispatcher
Assign work order packages
Distribute work order packages
Interact with technicians
Interact with service contractors
Communicate machine status
Communicate unplanned sick leave
Communicate parts issues
Communicate schedule changes
Communicate uncompleted work orders
Support reliability improvements
Execute reliability improvements
Manage operating systems
Review repair activities
Discuss upcoming schedules
Discuss upcoming plans
Provide technical support
