What You'll Do.
Be first point of contact for facility concerns
Maintain contact with external vendors
Work in coordination with Maintenance Helpers/Cleaners
Perform painting and clean-up projects
Assist leadership in developing storage solutions
Assist leadership with housekeeping and organization
Strategize with staff for refurbishment
efficient work environment
Be a critical member of Visual Factory Management
Perform minor building maintenance tasks
Accomplish preventive maintenance inspections
Responsible for other facility maintenance items
Perform other duties as assigned
