## Description Maintenance & Facilities Supervisor (Manufacturing Operations) Location: Richmond, VA Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire Compensation: Starts at $92,000 annually (higher based on experience) About the Opportunity We are seeking a skilled Maintenance & Facilities Supervisor to lead maintenance operations within a large-scale manufacturing environment in Richmond, VA. This role is responsible for driving equipment performance, supporting production efficiency, and leading a team focused on reliability and continuous improvement.
