Cork. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager. This role will be responsible for the safe, complaint, and effective delivery of all engineering operations in the primary unit of the plant (abbatoir and boning hall), facilities, and site services. Lead a dynamic team of engineers dedicated to ensuring uninterrupted production while boosting efficiency. You'll drive success by expertly implementing preventative maintenance schedules and swiftly addressing breakdown repairs to maintain a safe and productive environment.
