travel between 2–4 sites per day, Mileage reimbursement for travel, Must be comfortable working with individuals living in our group homes with various disabilities, Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand/walk for extended periods throughout the day, No weekend or on call, Overtime may be necessary on occasion, Schedule must be flexible to accommodate special needs and projects
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least two years of building maintenance experience, heating, plumbing, electrical, general repair, High school diploma required, Must be 18 years of age or older, Ability to evaluate cost-effectiveness, implement preventative maintenance measures, decision-making skills, communication skills, Responsible, mature, flexible, able to work independently, able to work as part of a team, comfortable working with individuals living in our group homes with various disabilities, Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand/walk for extended periods throughout the day
Nice to Have
Relevant certifications in maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, related areas, Experience with drywall repair, Carpentry skills
