Must Have
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, robotic, and automated systems, Use PLCs, ladder logic, and HMIs for fault resolution, Maintain and support automated production equipment including robotics, sensors, actuators, and control systems, Execute scheduled maintenance on heading, threading, painting, packaging, and automation equipment, Assist with setup, installation, commissioning, and improvement of equipment using schematics and technical manuals, Support alignment and tooling adjustments during changeovers, Provide operator support during runs, Maintain air compressors, lighting, water systems, and perform facility inspections, Accurately complete work orders, downtime logs, and maintenance records, Communicate repair timelines with production leads, Track usage of tools and request reorders to avoid downtime, Follow OSHA standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and company safety policies, Participate in safety programs, audits, and corrective actions

Train operators in basic troubleshooting and equipment care, Participate in root cause analysis and support equipment performance enhancements
