What You'll Do.
Create and update maintenance work instructions
Prepare and implement preventive maintenance plans
Train and coach production teams on preventive maintenance
Ensure availability of equipment and tooling documentation
Perform OJT on standards
Define standards for spare parts supply and inventory
Participate in sourcing of maintenance spare parts suppliers
Ensure fulfillment of Health & Safety directives
Lead action plans to improve Maintenance KPIs
Improve equipment and tooling reliability
Participate in equipment performance control and improvement
Promote and ensure ERIM works
Participate in Maintenance QRQC and TPM/TRP meetings
Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment malfunctions
Pilot PDCA/FTA and Maintenance 5 WHYs
Prepare LLC & Kaizen Cards
Ensure proper maintenance records
Participate in installation and commissioning of new equipment
Participate in EHS and productivity improvement activities
Share and transfer know-how
Develop and maintain knowledge of debug and troubleshooting
Minimize equipment non-availability
Define and lead actions to avoid breakdowns’ recurrence
Participate in SAP PM+ implementation
Improve Maintenance Organization and performance
Participate in maintenance budget preparation
Lead actions to reduce total Maintenance costs
Participate in yearly contracts for spare parts and overheads

We are leader on our businesses, and recognized as one of the largest global innovative companies. **Manage standards** * Create and update maintenance work instructions for its perimeter, using e-WorkStation & PM+. * Prepare and implement preventive maintenance plans, including standard times for each task; get them up-to-date in PM+. * Train and coach the production teams in the proper apply of preventive maintenance tasks. * Ensure the availability of the equipments & toolings documentation. * Perform OJT on standards implemented. * Define standards regarding the supply and inventory of spare parts and material needed for maintenance and participate to the sourcing of Maintenance spare parts suppliers. * Ensure , together to the Safety network, the fulfilment of the Group Directives regarding Health & Safety and Safety of buildings and installations in its scope. **Manage Continuous Improvement** * Lead action plans to improve Maintenance KPIs (TRP, breakdown %, micro stoppages & technical slowdowns, MTTR, MTBF), maximizing equipment availability for production. * Act to improve the reliability of equipments & toolings (obsolescence action plan, back-ups implementation ...). * Participate to equipment performance control & improvement, for instance by participating to cycle time measurements and micro-stoppages observation sessions. * Participate to Maintenance & ERIM workshops; Permanently promote ERIM and act to make it work. * Participate to Maintenance QRQC & Weekly TPM/TRP progress meetings. * Involve in troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment with malfunction from electrical or mechanical aspect; Support the teams in charge on the major technical i
