Ability to handle independent work responsibility and with good judgment., Work shifts necessary to complete assigned projects., Use drain-clearing equipment when required., Operate scissor and boom lifts and climb ladders to access elevated areas and equipment., Maintain knowledge of safety procedures for Lock out / Tag out procedures for all types of stored energy., Provide a current Nevada Motor Vehicle Report every 6 months, and immediately notify the department leader of any changes to the Nevada Driver's License status., Must be able to maneuver on level surfaces, as well as up and down stairs., Must be able to think clearly and respond calmly in all situations., Work is performed indoors, Team Member is exposed to a climate-controlled environment and exposed to various environmental factors such as but not limited to noise, dust and smoke., Close spaces while working with others., While work is performed outdoors, Team Member could be required to maneuvering for prolonged periods of time, both inside and outside, sometimes in extreme temperatures., Respond to visual and aural cues., stand and use hands and fingers to handle or utilize objects, tools, or controls., reach with hands and arms and talk or hear., Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral vision., The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds, and must have the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.

Must Have
Must be at least 21 years of age., High School diploma or equivalent, At least two (2) years working with commercial kitchen equipment repair, refrigeration, plumbing, commercial ware washing equipment, and ice machines., Experience repairing Hobart, Moyer Diebel, Jackson, Stero, Insinger, and Glass Tender ware wash equipment., Experience repairing Manitowoc, Hoshizaki, Kold Draft, and Scotsman Ice Machines, General knowledge and comfortability with plumbing, hand tools, welding and soldering, refrigeration, and electrical, Beginner skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Must be able to read and understand electrical schematics., Must maintain a clean DMV record., Excellent customer service skills, Ability to respond to common inquiries from Team Members and/or guests., Excellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively with guests, management, Team Members, and other outside contacts., Excellent communication and customer service skills, Excellent organizational able to function under time constraints and deadlines with attention to detail., Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule to include nights and weekends., Work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment, Must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO** As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for administering repairs and improvements to an already great property.
