Full Job Description
In a nutshell As an experienced technician, you’ll be working in our new Fulfilment Center in Dordrecht/Ridderkerk with cutting-edge intralogistics systems from top brands such as Apollo, Qimarox, and Regal Rexnord. Your insight and initiative are highly valued, and you’ll coach junior colleagues to help elevate the team, ensuring that tens of thousands of customer orders reach families on time every single day. Our Fulfilment Center operates 24/7, and you’ll work in a 5-shift rotation. During your shift, you’ll carry full responsibility for the maintenance and service of our systems. The job: Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve both electrical and mechanical faults in technical systems, working closely with our operational supervisors. Technical collaboration: Work directly with machine suppliers to solve complex technical issues. Analysis and improvement: Analyze recurring issues, prevent future breakdowns, and implement structural improvements. Preventive maintenance: Plan and carry out scheduled maintenance to ensure maximum system uptime and reliability. Continuous optimization: Initiate and implement improvements to make our systems smarter and more efficient every day. About you: Technical degree (MBO level 3 or higher). 2–3 years of experience in a technical or maintenance position. Practical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including measuring and camera systems. Interest in working with software tools such as CMMS and/or ICS/SCADA systems. VCA training and NEN 3140 certification are a plus. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. You work independently, take initiative, and solve problems effectively.
