What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or Associate's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related technical field, 3+ of hands-on experience in building maintenance, facilities operations, or a related field, Proven experience with planning and scheduling maintenance activities using CMMS platforms, Working knowledge of building automation, system controls and fire alarm systems, Proficient computer and organizational skills, communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and team members at all levels, Ability to work independently and plan work without direct supervision
Nice to Have
Relevant trade certifications such as HVAC certification, electrical license, or Certified Facility Manager (CFM) designation, Proficiency with maintenance management software such as Maximo, Corrigo, or similar CMMS platforms and Direct Digital Control systems, Project management experience including vendor management, budget oversight, and contractor coordination

This role combines hands-on technical expertise with forward-thinking planning and scheduling responsibilities, ensuring that maintenance operations are both reactive and proactive.
