This role provides critical mechanical and electrical engineering support to resolve plant issues impacting production. Partnering closely with Operations and Maintenance, you will serve as the technical expert driving equipment reliability, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Maintenance Engineer plays a key role in improving asset availability, supporting root cause investigations, and enhancing maintenance processes. This position reports to the Maintenance Area Leader. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Serve as the technical lead for diagnosing and resolving equipment and repair-related issues impacting plant performance * Direct maintenance resources during critical equipment setup and troubleshooting activities * Lead and support root cause investigations as a subject matter expert in equipment failures and repair techniques * Develop, review, and improve maintenance procedures, job plans, and checklists; initiate Management of Change (MOC) when needed * Provide maintenance input and representation for capital projects and project activities * Define work scopes and collaborate with cross-functional subject matter experts to drive solutions * Develop turnaround scopes and support turnaround execution * Contribute to the Reliability Top Opportunity List and continuous improvement initiatives * Support Mechanical Integrity Quality Assuranc
