Complete general maintenance requests

Respond to guest room calls

Prioritize work orders

Perform safety inspections

Meet compliance standards

Identify process improvements

Identify best practice

Report safety hazards

Report suspicious persons

Report suspicious activities

Monitor fire detection system

Maintain fire detection system

Assist with emergency evacuation
