Maintenance Coordinator - supporting 700+ units ensuring smooth and efficient maintenance operations, turns and vendor relationships. As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will be the central point of contact between maintenance staff, vendors, and residents, ensuring that all maintenance requests are promptly addressed and resolved. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate and schedule all maintenance work orders and inspections for multiple properties. * Communicate effectively with residents regarding maintenance requests and updates. * Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inventory. * Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance and repairs. * Support the maintenance team in tracking inventory and ordering parts and supplies. * Assist in preparing maintenance reports and budget forecasts. * Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. * Assist with emergency maintenance coordination as needed. **EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:** * Minimum 2 years experience in maintenance coordination, property management, or related field preferred. * High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in property management or related courses is a plus. **SKILLS:** * Strong organizational and multitasking skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software. * Ability to prioritize tasks and work under minimal supervision. * Customer-service oriented mindset. **Requirements** * Prior experience in maintenance coordination or property management preferred. * Knowledge of maintenance operations including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or general repairs is a plus. * Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office; experience with work order software beneficial. * Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with various stakeholders. * Valid driver's license may be required depending o
