With a growing global network and a clear ambition to redefine how air logistics supports supply chains, Maersk Air Cargo is where aviation meets transformation. **Purpose of the role** To strengthen the Part-145 organisation’s compliance, process governance, and operational performance by establishing dedicated ownership of maintenance compliance support, process standardisation, and improvement initiatives. The role ensures effective implementation of regulatory requirements, reduces audit exposure, and drives consistent processes across all stations. **Main tasks of the role** * Support NP Maintenance in ensuring compliance with EASA Part-145 requirements * Drive implementation and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) * Lead process development, standardisation, and continuous improvement initiatives * Manage and coordinate maintenance-related projects across stations * Support audit preparation, participation, and closure of findings * Develop and improve maintenance procedures (MOE and supporting documents) * Enhance training materials and support competence development initiatives * Ensure consistent implementation of processes across all line stations **Expected impact of the role** * Reduction in audit findings and improved closure effectiveness * Standardised processes across all maintenance locations * Improved training quality and reduced operational deviations * Increased efficiency in maintenance workflows and documentation * Strengthened compliance and audit readiness **What we 're looking for** * Strong Project Management skills * Experience in maintenance, compliance, or quality, preferably within the aviation industry * Knowledge of EASA Part-145
