Must Have
Demonstrated experience as a maintenance associate, custodian, or similar role, New York Fingerprint Authorization, Capacity to lift 35-40lbs, Attention to detail

What You'll Do.
and aesthetic appearance standards are
Directly clean the building and its surroundings
Handle small maintenance tasks and repairs
Notify and coordinate with Maintenance Manager
Escalate issues to Operations Manager and Director of
Work closely with Operations Manager on building maintenance
Ensure posters and signs are displayed appropriately
Store items appropriately
Complete maintenance work under supervision
Clean assigned facilities and/or grounds
and attractive environment
Adhere to maximum safety procedures
Consistently clean and sterilize high-touch areas
Reduce the spread of bacteria and other harmful
Travel to nearby warehouses/storage to move furniture
Perform basic maintenance repairs and tasks
Maintain exterior of sites
Carry handheld radio at all times
Maintain consistent daily attendance
Participate in meetings
Uphold LEEP's mission

Reflect on practice and be a lifelong learner
Engage and collaborate with colleagues and community
Follow federal and state laws

Report and assist with all emergency situations
