General Maintenance - Electrical, Plumbing and Carpentry Experience, Mechanical Experience on H. V. A. C. , Mowers and Vehicles
What You'll Do.
support all phases of maintenance and grounds keeping tasks throughout the Otterbein Community
completing assigned jobs related to painting
mechanical and other general repairs
Performs a variety of general maintenance tasks
including general repairs
Assists with moving of residents’ furnishings as needed.
Paints residents' living quarters as needed.
Assists with the on-going preventative maintenance program of cleaning
repairing and operating equipment
which minimizes abnormal equipment failure.
Assists with grounds keeping
Assists with maintaining documentation of fire safety evacuation plan
fire extinguisher maintenance and testing reports
generator testing logs
flame spread ratings of interior finishes
and other maintenance records.
