Reports To The Maintenance Tech will report to the Maintenance Director. The Maintenance Tech position is a non-exempt, full-time hourly position. Salary Range: $23.00 - $25.00 Hourly Job Overview Aids in maintaining the community to be a safe, clean, and comfortable environment by conducting routine maintenance and repairs inside and outside the community, installing and servicing equipment, and preparing apartments for resident move-ins. If you have the skills and experience and can fix anything, our community has the job for YOU! What will you get to do as a Maintenance Technician? * Perform a variety of Maintenance repairs such as fixing faucets, replacing light fixtures, helping implement safety protocols, painting and more! * Respond to Maintenance requests from our residents and from fellow associates. * Clean and prepare apartment homes for new residents. * Ensure proper storage of all maintenance supplies. * Continuously monitor all areas of the community and grounds to ensure they are properly and safely maintained. * Help team members set up activities and events at the community.
