Degree in Engineering or technical field, UK HND, HNC, OND, Ieng, CEng or ILM L4+, Experience with statutory regulations, Experience in automated equipment, Experience using data analysis tools, Experience with PLC control systems, Experience with project management, Experience with Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma, Experience with CMMS
