This position provides hands-on training alongside experienced maintenance professionals to develop foundational skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems troubleshooting and repair. The role supports plant operations by assisting with equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance activities, and basic troubleshooting while learning safe and effective maintenance practices.
