What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or GED, 10 years of relevant industry experience, Five years of maintenance and reliability experience in midstream, refining, upgrading, or in-situ operations, knowledge of maintenance and reliability systems and processes, understanding of fixed plant asset classes, Ability to climb ladders, work in cold or hot environments, work in confined or restricted spaces, stoop, squat and carry objects up to 50lbs in weight, Ability to wear personal protective equipment
Nice to Have
trade certificate, diploma, or degree in a relevant technical field such as engineering, consideration for fewer years for candidates with a diploma or degree
