What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field., 10+ Years of experience in the field., Solid experience in maintenance, facilities, utilities, or plant engineering leadership within a manufacturing environment., knowledge of facility systems and infrastructure, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, compressed air, chillers, water treatment, and general building services., Proven ability to lead maintenance and facilities teams and manage day-to-day operations across multiple priorities and customer needs., Experience developing and executing preventive maintenance plans and work-order management through CMMS systems such as Maximo or equivalent., understanding of GM, legal, and regulatory safety, environmental, and occupational health requirements related to facilities and maintenance operations., Experience managing contractors, service providers, and external resources in compliance with safety and execution requirements., Ability to manage budgets, spare parts, purchasing activities, and service contracts while controlling cost and supporting operational continuity., project management capability, including planning, execution, scheduling, reporting, and stakeholder coordination., problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills, with the ability to respond quickly to operational issues across multiple shifts.

Oversee troubleshooting and repair of facilities and utility systems.

Lead facility and maintenance projects from initiation to delivery.

Manage annual maintenance and facilities budgets.

Plan and execute purchasing activities for maintenance materials.
