Must Have
Proven experience as an equipment technician or in a similar role, mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting skills, Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics, Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers and team members, Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions, Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Nice to Have
High school diploma or technical certification or relevant degree is a plus, Experience in Smartsheet or Texada an asset, Some welding knowledge would be advantage
What You'll Do.
Perform routine maintenance
and inspections on rental equipment
hydraulic and electrical issues
Troubleshoot problems and implement effective solutions
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
Assist in the setup and teardown of equipment for rental customers
Provide training on safe operation as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Respond to emergency repair requests
Provide on-site support when necessary
