What You'll Do.
Place orders using IProcurement and XMR
Handle capital order requisitions
Send workflow emails within the plant
Coordinate pickup of materials
Organize inventory items
Manage future inventory
Issue oils/parts as required
Issue fuel/oil from PM services
Open monthly purchase orders
Organize and file printer forms
Create and manage work orders
Make adjustments to purchase orders
Generate Open PO reports
Review Open PO reports
Record daily fuel sheet dips
Report fuel and water usage
Perform fuel and oil balance reconciliation
Submit reconciliation forms
Verify packing slip costs
Adjust costs against MSR costs
Manage mechanic time entries
Run Fuel Master operations
Handle submission of SOS samples
Enter downtime data for equipment maintenance
Plan predictive maintenance
Attend planning meetings
Manage HWA “RoadMap” items
Contact 3rd Party vendors
Follow up on parts turnaround
Develop KPI’s for 3rd Party vendors
Meet with vendors quarterly
Assign corrective actions
Work with procurement on new vendor set-ups
Ensure safety compliance of vendors
Ensure administrative compliance of vendors
Answer phones professionally

Harsco Environmental Harsco Environmental is the premier provider of material processing and environmental services to the global steel and metals industries. Our onsite mill services and resource recovery services offer sustainable solutions that maximize environmental benefit and return valuable raw material into production. We also have developed a range of by-products for specialized applications across industry, construction and agriculture, which utilize Harsco’s expertise in mineral materials. 1. Procurement Management: * Place orders efficiently using IProcurement and XMR (Oracle) systems. * Handle capital order requisitions with precision and attention to detail. 2. Workflow Coordination: * Send out workflow emails within the plant to ensure smooth operations. 3. Material Management: * Coordinate pickup of materials as necessary. * Eventually tag inventory items and organize them in designated locations. * Manage future inventory by making items inventory-ready and issuing oils/parts as required. * Issue fuel/oil from PM services. 4. Administrative Tasks: * Open monthly purchase orders (POs) accurately and in a timely manner. * Organize and file printer forms separately for various departments. * Create and manage work orders, ensuring completion upon job fulfillment. * Make necessary adjustments to purchase orders as per requirements. 5. Reporting and Analysis: * Generate and review Open PO reports twice a week to monitor order status. * Record daily fuel sheet dips and water usage, reporting to relevant authorities. * Perform fuel and oil balance reconciliation and submit necessary forms by month-end. 6. Cost Management: * Verify packing slip costs against MSR costs and adjust when necessary. 7. Time and Resource Management: * Manage mechanic time entries accurately. * Update hour meters regularly to ensure accurate equipment data. * Run Fuel Master operations efficiently. * Close work orders promptly upon completion. 8.
