Able to work 4 10-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, overtime and or holidays as needed., Willing and able to wear all Personal Protective Equipment as required, including but not limited to a respirator (must be able to pass a fit test)., Willing and able to perform frequent bending, reaching, and lifting with or without an accommodation., Able to climb stairs and work at heights with or without an accommodation., Able to work in tight or closed-in spaces with or without an accommodation., Willing and able to stand or walk for extended periods of time with or without an accommodation., Required be able to work outdoors in the plant in all types of weather, climb stairs and ladders, walk and be able to lift, push or pull 50 lbs., Required to drive a fork truck.
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
A minimum of a High School diploma or GED equivalent is required., 3+ years of industrial experience or 3 + years of Military experience with a technical specialty., Able to work 4 10-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, overtime and or holidays as needed., Current, valid US driver’s license., A minimum requirement for this U. S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U. S. permanent residency (green card) process
What You'll Do.
Repair safety relief and pressure relief valve types.
Maintain and repair all types of equipment.
Diagnose and correct equipment problems.
Calibrate and align equipment.
Complete preventative maintenance activities.
Check sizing of components and parts.
and install parts and equipment.
Coordinate maintenance spare parts.
and scheduling maintenance.
maintain and install equipment and machinery.
Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions.
Document failure analysis.
Collect equipment operation and history data.
Work within established Maintenance Work Processes.
clean and repair pressure relief devices.
Perform testing on certified testing equipment.
Complete all documentation by working under a National Board VR Program.
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
May act as an informal resource for team members with less experience.; Assists in planning, prioritizing, and scheduling maintenance through planner, work coordinator and operations input.; Works within established Maintenance Work Processes and helps resolve issues that surface as a result of planning and scheduling work.
