What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Extensive experience across the full application development lifecycle within enterprise mainframe environments, Expertise in mainframe technologies including COBOL, CICS, TSO, QMF, ISPF, JCL, DB2, SQL, EGL, and BIRT, Experience with mainframe modernisation tools and practices, including Rocket LegaSuite products, Knowledge of web development technologies including XML, HTML, JavaScript,. NET, and Sitecore, Proven experience delivering complex application releases and managing deployments across multiple environments, Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities within large-scale application environments, Experience developing and maintaining enterprise application codebases and technical documentation, Stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear technical guidance and recommendations, Demonstrated leadership experience mentoring development teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives, Valid Vulnerable People / Working with Children Check (WWCC), Valid Police Check

We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Technical Lead to support the development, maintenance, and modernisation of enterprise mainframe applications within a large-scale technology environment.
