Must Have
4+ years as a Batch Job Scheduler (aka Production Control Analyst) skills working in Mainframe environments, Experience with TWS/OPC, A-AUTO, A-SPOOL, JCL analysis and modifications, Packet migrations using Endevor, ITIL best practices, Endevor environment stability and efficiency, Customer-focused
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Mainframe Operations, Batch Scheduling, and Endevor, Hands-on experience with scheduling tools like TWS/OPC, A-AUTO, A-SPOOL, Proficient in JCL, TSO, ISPF, SDSF, IPL, and mainframe, Skilled in job monitoring, handling abends, analyzing job logs, and performing root cause analysis, Experience in packet migration using Endevor and maintaining job dependencies, calendars, and scheduling rules, Ability to identify automation opportunities and maintain accurate documentation for BAU and monthly activities, Knowledge of ITIL processes (Problem, Incident, Change, Release)

Ensure timely and accurate execution of jobs
and maintain job schedules
Collaborate with teams to gather scheduling requirements
Perform JCL analysis and modifications
Monitor job execution and address failures
Troubleshoot and resolve job abends
Manage packet migrations using Endevor
Implement and maintain job calendars
and workload automation strategies
Identify and drive automation opportunities
Ensure proper documentation of BAU activities
Participate in incident
and release management processes
Support transition and onboarding of new applications or systems
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Coordinate with global teams
Engage in continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure Endevor stability and efficiency
Implement Endevor processes and procedures
Collaborate with development teams to integrate Endevor
Troubleshoot issues related to Endevor and mainframe systems
Provide training and support on Endevor best practices
