You’ll be managing systems data for clients and providing day-to-day solutions and security compliance. You’ll oversee a queue of assignments and work directly with technicians, prioritizing tickets to deliver the best solutions to our clients. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead daily operations for Mainframe (Batch/Console), Tech Support, and iSeries. * Manage shift schedules, staffing, and LPAR/batch coverage. * Act as lead during Sev1/Sev2 incidents; drive SWAT calls and resolution. * Conduct status calls, turnover meetings, and participate in change management. * Serve as primary customer contact; handle escalations and communicate updates. * Ensure accurate incident reporting, RCA documentation, and SLA compliance. * Monitor batch processing and share daily status reports. * Maintain documentation and drive process improvements. * Supervise team performance, provide mentoring, and ensure process adherence.
