What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, 6–10 years of relevant infrastructure or systems engineering experience, experience in mainframe infrastructure, system programming, or mainframe application development, Direct hands-on mainframe experience is required
Nice to Have
10+ years of diverse IT experience, financial services experience is a plus, z/OS, PARMLIB, UNIX System Services, HCD, SMP/E and maintenance routines, JCL, IPL processes, ISPF/TSO, Installation and support of IBM operating systems and ISV software, ITSM / ITIL practices including Release and Change Management, Experience building and sustaining enterprise mainframe platforms

Provide technical leadership
Oversee security mechanisms
Drive modernization and automation
Partner with services teams
Lead and develop staff
