8 + years of experience in installation, configuration, troubleshooting, support, and maintenance of IBM Mainframe Automation products, Expertise in proactive automation solutions, Hands-on experience with CA OPS/MVS, Hands-on experience with IBM Tivoli NetView, Hands-on experience with IBM Tivoli System Automation, Hands-on experience with BMC Mainview AutoOperator, Hands-on experience with BMC Control-O, Hands-on experience with GDPS, Exposure to unsupported features and new functionalities in recent versions, Skilled in patching, testing, upgrades, and installation, Coding proficiency in Z/OS, Coding proficiency in REXX, Coding proficiency in Tivoli NetView, Coding proficiency in Systems Automation for Z/OS, Coding proficiency in WAC (IBM Worldwide Automation Configurator), Coding proficiency in COBOL, Coding proficiency in RPG, Coding proficiency in JCL, Coding proficiency in PROCS, overall knowledge across all facets of IT, Experience in peer review of changes/projects, high-scale automation for large mainframe-based enterprises
Nice to Have
IPL (Initial Program Load) and Disaster Recovery (DR) support, Ability to resolve automation issues effectively, Assist with testing, implementation, and customization of new/improved automation solutions, Assist with product upgrades, Maintenance and customization of automation products
