What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ Years of experience IBM Mainframe (z/OS) environments with hands-on expertise, experience with mainframe systems (z/OS, IMS, CICS, DB2, etc.), Experience in system administration and operations within enterprise mainframe environments, Proficiency in Ansible, including playbook creation and module development, Solid understanding of scripting languages (Python, Shell, REXX), Familiarity with IT automation best practices and DevOps concepts, Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience integrating Ansible with mainframe security and compliance tools, Background in large-scale enterprise environments, Certification in Ansible or mainframe technologies is a plus
