What You'll Do.
Perform simple to moderate set-ups
Operate manual/CNC equipment
Manufacture medical components
Comply with governing rules
Adhere to safety practices
Machine medical components
Perform set-ups and operate equipment
Operate multiple machines simultaneously
Participate in product/process improvement
Set up and operate inspection instruments
Make minor fixture modifications
Troubleshoot problems in production
Provide other machinists with technical support
Prepare material and work orders
Read and understand blueprints
Establish cutter compensation and tool offsets
Identify and change dull tooling
Perform all essential job functions of a Machinist
Set up and operate inspection equipment
Complete and understand documentation
Ensure safety and cleanliness of equipment
Clean work area after every shift

Perform other related duties as assigned
